I’m a certified hormone & nutrition coach, trained at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I specialise in metabolic and hormonal health, working with women over 40 navigating perimenopause and menopause, and experiences of weight gain, blood sugar instability, fatigue, gut symptoms, and stress-related hormonal disruption.

Hi, I’m Myriam armstrong.

I'm originally from Switzerland — I met my British husband skiing, about as typical as it gets for a Swiss woman — and moved to London over 30 years ago, a city I still love, and where I raised my two children, now 25 and 23.

Life, however, didn't unfold quite as I'd imagined. I lost my husband suddenly at 39, and I had to start again — emotionally, personally and professionally. Those seasons taught me how much it matters to truly support ourselves, body and mind, through the hardest chapters.

At first it wasn't about optimisation or longevity. I simply wanted to feel stronger and more resilient, so I began paying attention to the things that quietly hold us up — nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, the small daily habits. What started as a personal lifeline slowly became my purpose.

Today I work with women navigating hormone changes, energy, metabolic and gut health, and healthy ageing.

Most of all, I want women to know it's never too late to start again and to feel strong in your body and your life.
