6-week Reboot Program

What is REBOOT?

Reboot is a program that will help you understand the power you possess in influencing your mood, sleep, weight, energy levels and overall well-being through simple dietary and lifestyle habits

The program unfolds over a period of 6 weeks with 7 x 1:1 sessions of 50 minutes, daily communications on WhatsApp, recipes, handouts for each sessions and a custom plan that suits your requirements best.

As a certified nutrition and hormone health coach, I will pass on my knowledge to help you thrive, using food as medicine and other techniques to assess stressors and disempowering thoughts
