BREAKFAST - Chia Pudding

This Chia Pudding is a simple overnight blend of chia seeds, coconut milk, protein powder, and warm spices that thickens into a creamy, nourishing breakfast. Finished with yogurt and fresh berries, it’s an easy, high-protein start to the day.


Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1tbsp of flaxseed

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk ( Plenish is a good brand )

  • 1-2 scoops vanilla or choc protein powder ( Form Nutrition is a great brand)

  • 1 small tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp of raw cacao powder (optional)

  • ½ tsp of pure vanilla extract

  • A handful of fresh or frozen berries ( I love raspberries)


METHOD

Mix all ingredients well with a fork, wait 2-3 min & mix again, fold in the berries, and refrigerate overnight.

Why it works:

  • Chia = omega-3 fats → anti-inflammatory

  • Cinnamon = blood sugar support

  • Berries = antioxidants

  • Protein = steady energy & fewer cravings

Avoid:

  • Maple syrup

  • Honey
