BREAKFAST - Chia Pudding
This Chia Pudding is a simple overnight blend of chia seeds, coconut milk, protein powder, and warm spices that thickens into a creamy, nourishing breakfast. Finished with yogurt and fresh berries, it’s an easy, high-protein start to the day.
Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
1tbsp of flaxseed
1 cup unsweetened coconut/almond milk ( Plenish is a good brand )
1-2 scoops vanilla or choc protein powder ( Form Nutrition is a great brand)
1 small tsp cinnamon
1 tsp of raw cacao powder (optional)
½ tsp of pure vanilla extract
A handful of fresh or frozen berries ( I love raspberries)
METHOD
Mix all ingredients well with a fork, wait 2-3 min & mix again, fold in the berries, and refrigerate overnight.
